DESIGN BRIEF

This initial stage of the project allows us to fully understand both your space and your vision for the home. Through detailed discussions, lifestyle considerations and any inspirational imagery you may wish to share, we develop a clear understanding of your aesthetic preferences, practical requirements and budget.

These insights form the foundation of a carefully considered design brief, tailored specifically to you and the way you live.

CONCEPT DESIGN

During the concept design stage we explore a range of creative ideas to establish the most effective spatial layout and overall flow for your home. Once the preferred arrangements have been refined and agreed, we begin developing the initial design concepts for each individual space.

This phase includes key elevations, proposed furniture layouts and carefully curated concept imagery that communicates the overall vision for the scheme. To further bring the design to life we introduce a considered palette of materials, fabrics, finishes and wall coverings - adding depth, texture and warmth to the overall aesthetic.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Following approval of the concept design and receipt of the coordinated architectural drawings, we progress into the detailed design phase where we develope comprehensive drawing packages to support the tender and construction process.

All bespoke joinery and bathroom designs are created in-house, with lighting design available as an additional service where required. During this stage we also prepare detailed FF&E costings alongside carefully considered styling presentations and schedules, ensuring every element of the scheme is cohesively refined.

Where requested we thoughtfully incorporate existing furniture, artwork, and personal pieces into the design, creating interiors that feel both elevated and deeply personal.

PROCUREMENT & INSTALLATION

Following approval of the FF&E specifications and costings, we move into the procurement and installation phase - where the design begins to take shape and the transformation of the home truly comes to life.

We carefully manage every aspect of the procurement process, coordinating orders, deliveries and where required, importation logistics to ensure all furnishings, materials and finishes arrive on schedule and in line with the project programme.

Throughout installation, we maintain a highly detailed and hands-on approach, conducting regular site visits and comprehensive snagging inspections to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish are achieved. We also liaise closely with suppliers and makers to oversee the quality and execution of bespoke furnishings, finishes and fittings, ensuring every detail reflects the level of quality outlined within our specifications and schedules.

Our role is to ensure a seamless and considered process from procurement through to final installation, allowing each project to be delivered with precision, care and attention to detail.
